We needed a top flight chef who could come up with an unforgettable meal as well as handle the pressure of actually delivering a high-class menu. Tom came highly recommended and from the outset he took responsibility for the event with incredible enthusiasm. The evening was a tremendous success, with the delegates heaping praise on the chef, and one difficult-to-please French delegate was overheard to say that Tom’s Pressed Confit Duck Terrine with Beetroot Chutney was the finest he had ever tasted! It has been a real pleasure to work with Tom and if I ever have a similar event requiring dedication, imagination and attention to detail, then Tom would be the first person I would call."
