We love it when a bride and groom or event planner has a strong theme in mind for their day and they want a menu to fit it – our chef’s love the challenge of bringing an idea to life through their dishes and the tasting session is the perfect opportunity to bounce plenty of ideas around. Our Head Chef is fully involved right from the beginning.
One wedding couple had planned sea shells, barrels of beer, rustic wooden tops, and fishing nets dressing their marquee and they wanted a surf & turf wedding breakfast to match the relaxed beach theme.
Choosing the sociable Devon Feast style of dining, our couple chose a Whole Roast Rib of Beef, Charred Grilled King Prawns with Garlic Butter, Watercress, Red Wine Jus served with Triple Cooked Chunky Chips and Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad served to the table.
